Recipe: Perfect Falafel on Pitta
Falafel on Pitta. One of the most quintessential and beloved of Middle Eastern foods is the falafel sandwich, a warm pita bread stuffed with crispy hot falafel balls, surrounded by cool and crunchy diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions, and drenched with nutty tahini sauce. The falafel is excellent and always fresh! I also really enjoy their chicken shawarma and samosas. I have been trying to eat all the different menu items at each visit and so far everything tastes very good and fresh.
